\/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Job requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To know the peculiarities of psycho-social and physiological development for different developmental stages of adolescents and young people;<\/li>\n<li>know the rights of young people and their needs;<\/li>\n<li>possess techniques for observing young people in their environment, in their relationships and in their everyday actions;<\/li>\n<li>to know how to apply educational methods that promote personal development, communication, mobility, self-control, life skills and the social integration of young people;<\/li>\n<li>planning, teamwork, cooperation and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>adaptability and flexibility in carrying out tasks;<\/li>\n<li>other requirements stipulated in the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions of participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;<\/li>\n<li>has a university degree \/ or post-secondary technical \/ post-secondary non-tertiary technical education, preferably in the field of socio-human sciences;<\/li>\n<li>has at least 1 year of experience working with young people;<\/li>\n<li>is under 35 years of age at the closing date for applications;<\/li>\n<li>has knowledge of Romanian;<\/li>\n<li>is medically fit (certified by the family doctor) to carry out the post;<\/li>\n<li>has no criminal record (criminal record certificate);<br \/>\nhas not been dismissed in the last 3 years pursuant to Article 86 (1) (l), (m) and (n) of the Labour Code (confirmed by affidavit, as per Annex No. 8 to the Regulation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and powers of the lead specialist:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>draws up draft orders on the implementation of programmes and activities for young people;<\/li>\n<li>organises and implements programmes and activities for young people in accordance with the approved plan;<\/li>\n<li>participates in courses and capacity-building sessions in youth work;<\/li>\n<li>carries out tasks delegated by the Head of Section;<\/li>\n<li>draws up the individual activity plan;<\/li>\n<li>submits activity reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the day of the interview candidates submit personal documents to verify the veracity of the data indicated in the application form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) copy of identity card;<\/p>\n<p>b) a copy of their employment record book and other documents proving their seniority and voluntary work;<\/p>\n<p>c) copies of documents justifying studies, further training and internships;<\/p>\n<p>d) letter of motivation;<\/p>\n<p>e) letter of recommendation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Application deadline: 20 June
