If the answer is \u201cyes,\u201d then <strong data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"302\">GirlsGoIT Summer Camp 2025<\/strong> is for you! This opportunity is open to <strong data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"366\">girls aged 14 to 20<\/strong>. The camp will take place <strong data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"421\">from July 18 to 27, 2025<\/strong>, in <strong data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"438\">Chi\u0219in\u0103u<\/strong>, in a <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"464\">physical format<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Although Moldova\u2019s IT sector is becoming an increasingly important and profitable part of the economy, its continued growth and ability to attract investments depends on access to <strong data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"666\">qualified labor<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"711\">full potential of its population<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The mission of the <strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"746\">GirlsGoIT<\/strong> project is to <strong data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"798\">empower and encourage young women<\/strong> to pursue careers in information technology. The project aims to <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"889\">challenge stereotypes<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"923\">reduce gender disparities<\/strong> in the tech industry by giving girls and young women direct access to <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1015\">digital education<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1045\">professional training<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1083\">Participation is free of charge<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1159\">all costs for accommodation, meals, and activities will be covered<\/strong> by the organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Young women interested in applying are encouraged to <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfGhBuYFeLMtHzWmo1Hyw5g9ctkD4BmWGmrei6j_GKTAugWLg\/viewform\"><strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1255\">fill out this form<\/strong>.<\/a><\/span><br data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1259\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1305\">The application deadline is June 29, 2025.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During the camp, participants will attend <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1371\">hands-on workshops<\/strong> led by young professionals in the field. Each participant will choose <strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1475\">one of six specialized tracks<\/strong> to study:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1515\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1505\">UX\/UI Design<\/strong> (Figma)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1570\">\n<p data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1570\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1538\">Dynamic Frontend<\/strong> (JavaScript, VueJS, Firebase)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1607\">\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1607\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1592\">Static Frontend<\/strong> (HTML &amp; CSS)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1662\">\n<p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1662\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1630\">Game Development<\/strong> (Python, RenPy, Storytelling)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1722\">\n<p data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1722\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1681\">Data Science<\/strong> (Python, Statistics, Machine Learning)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1777\">\n<p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1777\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1740\">Prototyping<\/strong> (3D modeling \u2013 Fusion 360 &amp; Arduino)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1792\">GirlsGoIT<\/strong> is a national program launched in 2015. Over the years, it has helped build an <strong data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1940\">active community of confident, informed, and skilled young women<\/strong>, ready to become key players in the ICT field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2478\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In a context where <strong data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2055\">women remain underrepresented in technology<\/strong>, initiatives like this play a <strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2125\">crucial role in promoting inclusion<\/strong>. According to data published by the <strong data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2203\">National Bureau of Statistics in 2019<\/strong>, only <strong data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2217\">31%<\/strong> of jobs in Moldova\u2019s ICT sector are held by women, and girls represent only <strong data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2302\">4.6%<\/strong> of students who choose a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
