She will present three of her short films created during her studies. Under the theme &#8220;Three at 23&#8221;, the screening will take place on <strong data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"570\">June 15, at 6:00 PM<\/strong>, at <strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"591\">Odeon Cinema<\/strong> in Chi\u0219in\u0103u.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"666\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All three films will be screened with English subtitles.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<li data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"853\">\n<p data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"853\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"694\">&#8220;Reflections&#8221; (2023)<\/strong> \u2013 a drama awarded Best International Short Film at the Rabat Auteur Film Festival in Morocco and Best Debut at the EduKino Festival in Warsaw, Poland.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"999\">\n<p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"999\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"888\">&#8220;The First Last Moon&#8221; (2024)<\/strong> \u2013 a drama that recently won the Best Directing Award at the Female Character Festival in Belgrade, Serbia.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1138\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1034\">&#8220;To Be or Not to Die&#8221; (2025)<\/strong> \u2013 a dramatic comedy, this is Elena\u2019s graduation film and will have its world premiere at the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1227\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1163\">Tickets cost 40 lei<\/strong> and can be purchased [here] or directly at the cinema entrance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1781\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elena Vatamanu-M\u0103rgineanu is part of a new wave of young filmmakers shaping their artistic voice in international educational contexts, while maintaining a strong connection to their roots. Her studies in Poland\u2014a country known for its rich cinematic tradition and prestigious film school\u2014have provided her with the tools to develop a personal cinematic language rooted in observation, introspection, and authenticity.
