{"id":27951,"date":"2025-04-19T23:17:18","date_gmt":"2025-04-19T20:17:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/?p=27951"},"modified":"2025-04-19T23:17:18","modified_gmt":"2025-04-19T20:17:18","slug":"chisinau-municipal-youth-center-is-hiring-youth-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/et.brainstorm.md\/en\/chisinau-municipal-youth-center-is-hiring-youth-workers\/","title":{"rendered":"Chisinau Municipal Youth Center is hiring youth workers!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Chisinau Municipal Youth Center announces the launch of the competition for the position of <strong>Head of the Volunteering and Youth Information Section!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for the position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To know the peculiarities of psycho-social and physiological development for different developmental stages of adolescents and young people;<\/li>\n<li>to know the rights and needs of young people;<\/li>\n<li>possess techniques for observing young people in their living environment, in their everyday relationships and actions;<\/li>\n<li>know how to apply educational methods which encourage personal development, communication, mobility, self-control, life skills and the ability to integrate young people into society;<\/li>\n<li>planning, teamwork, cooperation and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>adaptability and flexibility in the performance of duties;<\/li>\n<li>other requirements stipulated in the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Conditions for participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moldovan citizenship;<\/li>\n<li>has a university degree<\/li>\n<li>at least 1 year experience in youth work;<\/li>\n<li>under 35 years of age on the closing date for applications;<\/li>\n<li>has knowledge of Romanian;<\/li>\n<li>is medically fit (certified by a family doctor) for the performance of his\/her duties;<\/li>\n<li>has no criminal record (criminal record certificate);<\/li>\n<li>has not been dismissed in the last 3 years pursuant to Article 86 (1) (l), (m) and (n) of the Labor Code (confirmed by sworn statement)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and powers of the Head of Section:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ensures and organizes the work of the Section;<\/li>\n<li>draws up the Section&#8217;s activity plan and is responsible for its implementation<\/li>\n<li>Approves the work plans of the principal specialists employed in the Section;<\/li>\n<li>collaborates with the Lead Specialists of the Youth Centers of the Sectors on the qualitative implementation of youth programs and activities;<\/li>\n<li>develops the job descriptions of the staff employed in the Section<\/li>\n<li>manages the documentation of the Section;<\/li>\n<li>reports on the work of the Section;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Submission of documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application form (as per Annex no.1 to the Instruction), a copy of the identity card and a declaration confirming that he\/she is aware of the legal requirements and criteria for organizing the interview, shall be submitted to the address: str.
