On 12 March 2025, the Municipal Library “B.P. Ha\u0219deu” in Chisinau will host the event Nonviolent Communication – The Key to Harmonious Relationships<\/strong><\/a>, organized by CNV Moldova <\/strong>and Pagina Psihologului<\/strong>, with the support of the library. The event aims to help participants improve their interpersonal relationships through clear and empathic communication.<\/p>\n

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)<\/strong> is a concept developed by the American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg, which promotes conscious dialog and the elimination of impulsive reactions in tense situations. The event will give participants practical tools to express their needs more clearly and manage conflict constructively.<\/p>\n

– Principles of Nonviolent Communication and their application in everyday life<\/p>\n

– How to express opinions without generating conflict<\/p>\n

The event will be moderated by Didenco Andrei<\/strong>, psychotherapist in EFT training and CNV trainer, and Diana Vrabie<\/strong>, founder of CNV Moldova and master in personal development. The sessions will include practical exercises, case studies and interactive discussions designed to help participants apply CNV principles in personal and professional relationships.<\/p>\n
