Young people are invited to take part in a series of interactive sessions designed to help them develop essential skills in areas such as leadership, teamwork and decision-making.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session 1: Leadership and the art of leading<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The inaugural event will take place on <strong>4 March at 17:00<\/strong> at <strong>the Ciocana Youth Center (3\/2 Petru Zadnipru St.)<\/strong> and will be given by <strong>Mihail Popescu<\/strong>. Participants will learn about the principles of authentic leadership, how to inspire their team and manage the challenges of a leadership role.<\/p>\n<p>The program includes <strong>four structured sessions<\/strong>, each addressing key aspects of personal and professional development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>March 4<\/strong> <em>&#8211; Leadership: The Art of Leading<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>March 12<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Team structure and members&#8217; roles<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>March 19<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Personal needs vs. team needs<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>March 26<\/strong> <em>&#8211; Challenges in decision-making<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong> The program is aimed at <strong>young people aged 14-35<\/strong> and is <strong>free of charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Registration: Those interested can register by filling in the form: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/u4K8t7uQreV7iqZU9\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/u4K8t7uQreV7iqZU9.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This program offers young people the opportunity to develop essential skills for personal and professional success through a practical and interactive approach.
