The event, structured in two sessions, will take place on <strong>February 22 and March 1<\/strong>, starting at <strong>11:00 am<\/strong>, at <strong>the America House Chisinau<\/strong> office.<\/p>\n<p>The program aims to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to manage their income and expenses properly, to understand concepts such as saving, investing and borrowing, and to discover the benefits of a legalized business. The workshop is aimed at young people aged 16 to 30 and is free of charge. Those interested can register by filling in the registration form available <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/qSQXoJSTGiJdSASM7\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Workshop structure and topics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>First session &#8211; February 22: Fundamentals of financial education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This first session will introduce participants to the essential concepts of financial education and highlight the importance of financial planning in everyday life. Topics discussed include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Sources of income and managing expenses for a healthy financial balance<\/li>\n<li>Effective saving and budget planning techniques<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strategies for avoiding debt and managing borrowing responsibly<\/li>\n<li>Ways to protect savings and financial security in today&#8217;s context<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Case study on taking out a loan: costs, risks and selection criteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the practical session, participants will develop a personal budget, analyze unhealthy financial habits and discuss solutions to improve money management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Second session &#8211; March 1: Entrepreneurship, taxation and financial responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The second session will focus on the legal and tax aspects of managing finances, providing participants with information on how to start a legalized business and what tax obligations taxpayers have. Topics covered will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The differences between employee and entrepreneur: advantages and challenges<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Legal forms of organizing a business and criteria for choosing the right one<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The tax responsibilities of an entrepreneur and how to comply with the regulations in force<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Using Tax Service platforms to manage financial obligations<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Simulating the choice of a legal form for a small business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the practical part, participants will carry out a <strong>business planning exercise<\/strong>, choosing the appropriate legal form and analyzing the tax implications. They will also create a <strong>personalized financial action plan<\/strong>, setting short, medium and long-term objectives.
