{"id":23967,"date":"2025-01-23T21:26:05","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T18:26:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/?p=23967"},"modified":"2025-01-23T21:26:05","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T18:26:05","slug":"youth-centers-in-chisinau-are-hiring-youth-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/et.brainstorm.md\/en\/youth-centers-in-chisinau-are-hiring-youth-workers\/","title":{"rendered":"Youth Centers in Chisinau are hiring youth workers!  \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Chisinau Municipal Youth Center announces the launch of the contest for the position of <strong>head of the volunteering and information section for young people!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-22604 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/8-300x251.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/8-300x251.png 300w, https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/8-768x644.png 768w, https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/8.png 940w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" \/>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>to know the particularities of psycho-social and physiological development for different stages of development of adolescents and young people;<\/li>\n<li>to know the rights of young people and their needs;<\/li>\n<li>to possess techniques for observing the young person in his or her living environment, in his or her daily relationships and actions;<\/li>\n<li>to know skills in applying educational methods that favor personal development, communication, mobility, self-control, life skills, social integration capacity of young people;<\/li>\n<li>planning, teamwork, cooperation and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>adaptability and flexibility in the exercise of duties;<\/li>\n<li>other requirements stipulated in the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condition of participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;<\/li>\n<li>has higher university studies;<\/li>\n<li>has at least 1 year&#8217;s experience in working with young people;<\/li>\n<li>on the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting applications, he\/she has not reached the age of 35;<\/li>\n<li>knows the Romanian language;<\/li>\n<li>is medically fit (certificates from the family doctor) to exercise the function;<\/li>\n<li>has no criminal record (criminal record certificate);<\/li>\n<li>has not been dismissed in the last 3 years pursuant to art.86 para. (1) letters l), m) and n) of the Labor Code (confirmed by affidavit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and powers of the head of department:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ensures and organizes the activity of the section;<\/li>\n<li>elaborates the Section&#8217;s Activity Plan and bears responsibility for its fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>approves the activity plans of the main specialists employed in the department;<\/li>\n<li>collaborates with the main specialists of the Youth Centres in the sectors on the qualitative implementation of programmes and activities for young people;<\/li>\n<li>elaborates the job description of the employees within the section;<\/li>\n<li>manages the department&#8217;s documentation;<\/li>\n<li>prepares reports on the activity of the section;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Submission of documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The participation form (according to Annex no.1 to the Instruction), the copy of the identity card and the statement
