YMCA Moldova recently organized a strategic planning workshop<\/strong>, an essential initiative for charting the organization’s directions in the period 2025 \u2013 2028. The event was moderated by Tudor Laz\u0103r, Director of Operations at CICO Moldova.<\/p>\n

In a collaborative setting, the workshop brought together 15 participants \u2013 volunteers, members of the executive team, the Board of Directors and the Executive President, Dumitru Roibu \u2013 to develop a solid strategy to guide the organization’s activities in the coming years.<\/p>\n

The participants discussed the organization’s achievements, the challenges encountered and the opportunities that exist. They set strategic priorities for the future, which will guide activities in non-formal education, youth skills development and community engagement.<\/p>\n

“This workshop represents an important step in strengthening the role of YMCA Moldova as a leader in promoting non-formal education, developing youth skills and community involvement. Through the collective effort of all participants, we want to build a strategy that meets the real needs of the communities in the Republic of Moldova,” said Dumitru Roibu, executive president of YMCA Moldova.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t
