The Chisinau Municipal Youth Center recently hosted a stretching session dedicated to improving flexibility and reducing stress.<\/strong> The activity attracted young people from different parts of the city, giving them the opportunity to learn simple exercises in a relaxing environment full of positive energy.<\/p>\n

The session was accessible to participants of all levels of experience and was designed to meet the needs of beginners as well as those with more advanced experience. The exercises on offer were chosen with the aim of helping young people better connect with their bodies, improve their posture and acquire practical techniques for managing daily stress.<\/p>\n

This initiative is part of a series of activities organized by the Chisinau Municipal Youth Centre to promote physical health and personal development among young people.<\/em><\/p>\n

The next stretching session will take place on Thursday, November 28, at 17:00, at the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center, 90 Mitropolit Varlaam Street. Participation is free of charge.<\/p>\n
