Where it took place and by whom it was led see the article!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday, 9 October, 25 young people from Chisinau participated in an information session organized at the Chisinau Municipal Youth Centre, within the project <strong>&#8220;Youth Rights at Work&#8221;<\/strong>. The session aimed to educate young people about their rights and responsibilities as employees.<\/p>\n<p><em>During the session, participants learned essential information about:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fundamental rights of employees;<\/li>\n<li>The employment contract: what it should contain and how to negotiate it;<\/li>\n<li>Working hours and pay;<\/li>\n<li>The provisions of the individual employment contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These sessions are part of the project &#8220;Youth Rights in the Workplace&#8221;, implemented by the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova, in collaboration with the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Moldova. The project aims to support young people in understanding and exercising their rights in the workplace, thus promoting a fair and just working environment.<\/p>\n<p>The event was interactive, and young people had the opportunity to discuss problems encountered in employment and get answers directly from specialists.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1 {\n\t\t\t\tmargin:
