{"id":16961,"date":"2024-09-16T22:39:52","date_gmt":"2024-09-16T19:39:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/?p=16961"},"modified":"2024-09-16T22:39:52","modified_gmt":"2024-09-16T19:39:52","slug":"ciocana-youth-center-ciocana-is-hiring-a-youth-worker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/et.brainstorm.md\/en\/ciocana-youth-center-ciocana-is-hiring-a-youth-worker\/","title":{"rendered":"Ciocana Youth Center Ciocana is hiring a Youth Worker!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ciocana Youth Center is recruiting a Youth Worker for the following vacancy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Senior Specialist Volunteering and Youth Participation (Ciocana Sector Youth Center, 3\/2 Petru Zadnipru Street) &#8211; <strong>1 unit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Job requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Know the peculiarities of psycho-social and physiological development for different developmental stages of adolescents and young people;<\/li>\n<li>know the rights and needs of young people;<\/li>\n<li>possess techniques for observing young people in their living environment, in their everyday relationships and actions;<\/li>\n<li>know how to apply educational methods which encourage personal development, communication, mobility, self-control, life skills and the ability to integrate young people into society;<\/li>\n<li>planning, teamwork, cooperation and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>adaptability and flexibility in the performance of duties;<\/li>\n<li>other requirements stipulated in the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Conditions for participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;<\/li>\n<li>has a post-secondary university degree and\/or a post-secondary non-tertiary technical\/professional degree, preferably in the field of social sciences and humanities;<\/li>\n<li>has at least 1 year experience in youth work;<\/li>\n<li>is under 35 years of age on the closing date for applications;<\/li>\n<li>has knowledge of Romanian;<\/li>\n<li>is medically fit (certified by a family doctor) for the performance of the duties;<\/li>\n<li>has no criminal record (criminal record certificate);<\/li>\n<li>has not been dismissed in the last 3 years pursuant to Article 86 (1) (l), (m) and (n) of the Labor Code (confirmed by sworn statement)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and powers of the principal specialist:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Drafts orders on the implementation of programs and activities for young people;<\/li>\n<li>organizes and implements youth programmes and activities in accordance with the approved plan;<\/li>\n<li>participates in capacity building courses and sessions in youth work;<\/li>\n<li>carries out tasks delegated by the Head of Section\/Head of Youth Center in the sectors;<\/li>\n<li>develops the individual activity plan;<\/li>\n<li>presents activity reports.Ciocana Youth Center is looking for a Youth Worker!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The application form (according to Annex no.1 to the Instructions), a copy of the identity card and the declaration confirming that he\/she is aware of the legal conditions and criteria for organizing the interview should be submitted to the address: 99 Dosoftei Street, office no.13, Human Resources Management Directorate or to the e-mail cadredgets@gmail.com, <strong>until September 23, 2024, 17:00<\/strong>.
