  2. Main specialist for volunteering and youth participation (Youth Center Botanica sector, Dacia Boulevard, 37\/1) – 1 unit;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Main specialist for youth information and documentation (Youth Center Botanica sector, Dacia Boulevard, 37\/1) – 1 unit;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Job requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. To know the peculiarities of psycho-social and physiological development for different developmental stages of adolescents and young people;<\/li>\n
    2. know the rights and needs of young people;<\/li>\n
    3. possess techniques for observing young people in their living environment, in their everyday relationships and actions;<\/li>\n
    4. know how to apply educational methods which encourage personal development, communication, mobility, self-control, life skills and the ability to integrate young people into society;<\/li>\n
    5. planning, teamwork, cooperation and communication skills;<\/li>\n
    6. adaptability and flexibility in the performance of duties;<\/li>\n
    7. other requirements stipulated in the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
