{"id":15848,"date":"2024-08-28T21:52:19","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T18:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e-tineret.md\/?p=15848"},"modified":"2024-08-28T21:52:19","modified_gmt":"2024-08-28T18:52:19","slug":"chisinau-municipal-youth-center-announces-the-launch-of-the-competition-for-the-head-of-the-botanica-youth-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/et.brainstorm.md\/en\/chisinau-municipal-youth-center-announces-the-launch-of-the-competition-for-the-head-of-the-botanica-youth-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Chisinau Municipal Youth Center announces the launch of the competition for the head of the Botanica Youth Center!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chisinau Municipal Youth Center announces the launch of the competition for<strong> the position of Head of Botanica Youth Center!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chisinauedu.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/bibliografie_concurs_sefCentrul-Botanica-1.doc\">(contest_chief_CTBotanica_CMTC, bibliography_contest_chief_CTBotanica_CMTC (1))<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>to know the peculiarities of psycho-social and physiological development for different developmental stages of adolescents and young people;<\/li>\n<li>have knowledge of the rights and needs of young people;<\/li>\n<li>possess techniques for observing young people in their living environment, in their everyday relationships and actions;<\/li>\n<li>know how to apply educational methods which encourage personal development, communication, mobility, self-control, life skills and the ability to integrate young people into society;<\/li>\n<li>planning, teamwork, cooperation and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>adaptability and flexibility in the performance of duties;<\/li>\n<li>other requirements stipulated in the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions of participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is a citizen of the Republic of Moldova;<\/li>\n<li>has a university degree \/ or post-secondary technical \/ post-secondary non-tertiary vocational education, preferably in the field of social sciences and humanities;<\/li>\n<li>has at least 1 year experience in youth work;<\/li>\n<li>is under 35 years of age on the closing date for applications;<\/li>\n<li>has knowledge of Romanian;<\/li>\n<li>is medically fit (certified by a family doctor) for the performance of the duties;<\/li>\n<li>has no criminal record (criminal record certificate);<\/li>\n<li>has not been dismissed in the last 3 years pursuant to Article 86 (1) (l), (m) and (n) of the Labor Code (confirmed by a sworn statement, as per Annex no. 8 to the Regulation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and powers of the principal specialist:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Drafts draft orders on the implementation of programs and activities for young people;<\/li>\n<li>organizes and implements youth programmes and activities in accordance with the approved plan;<\/li>\n<li>participates in capacity building courses and sessions in youth work;<\/li>\n<li>carries out tasks delegated by the Head of Section;<\/li>\n<li>develops the individual activity plan;<\/li>\n<li>submits activity reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the day of the interview, candidates must present personal documents to verify the veracity of the data indicated in the application form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) copy of identity card;<\/p>\n<p>b) a copy of their employment record and other documents certifying their length of service and voluntary work;<\/p>\n<p>c) copies of documents justifying studies, training and internships;<\/p>\n<p>d) motivation letter;<\/p>\n<p>e) letter of recommendation.<\/p>\n<h2>Application deadline: September 3, 2024<\/h2>\n<p>More details, you can also read on the page of the Directorate General for Education, Youth and Sport, <a href=\"https:\/\/chisinauedu.md\/functii-vacante\/\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chisinau Municipal Youth Center announces the launch of the competition for the position of Head of Botanica Youth Center!
