In an innovative initiative aimed at supporting young people in Chisinau, the Youth Centers now offer a dedicated fitness space in the Ciocana sector. Recognizing the importance of a safe and accessible environment for the personal and physical development of young people, this fitness room was created to meet the needs of those who cannot afford to attend a traditional gym.<\/p>\n
The new fitness room in the Ciocana Youth Center aims to provide a suitable place for physical training, fitness improvement and muscle development. Equipped with modern machines and supported by effective training programs, the fitness room promotes the health and physical well-being of young people.<\/p>\n
Through this initiative, young people will have free access to the resources they need to develop their physical skills and discover new passions in a friendly and supportive environment.<\/p>\n
The gym is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00, giving young people the opportunity to spend their free time constructively.
