The municipal youth personal development program is back with new sessions in 2024!
🔵 This program is designed based on specific sessions that will help young people progress and develop through self-awareness and realization.
Starting from March 2, 2024, we are launching the first sessions of the program. The trainer will be Mihail Popescu.
The sessions will be conducted as follows:
🔹 Fundamentals of leadership – March 2
🔹 Modern leadership – March 9
🔹 Goal management – March 16
🔹 Personal values – March 23
🔹 Time management – March 30
🔹 Effective communication – April 6
🔹 Developing leadership skills through feedback – April 13
🔹 Conflict management – April 20
🔹 Coaching as a leadership competency – April 27
Sessions will be held every Saturday at 3:00 PM at the Municipal Youth Center of Chisinau. This series of sessions is intended for youth aged 18 to 35 and is free!
