Chisinau Municipal Youth Center invites young people over 18 years of age to participate in a day full of interactive, educational and fun activities as part of the #FreeFilter program on Saturday, November 23. The event will take place at the Center’s premises at 90 Mihail Varlaam Street.

The program of the day:

  • 16:00 – Introduction to Microsoft Office: an opportunity to learn the basic functions of Microsoft Word, useful for drafting documents and organizing ideas.
  • 16:30 – Board game “Mafia”: Strategies, alliances and lots of fun in a friendly environment.
  • 17:30 – “Unfiltered Talks” with Mariana Bularga: Sex, love and relationship coach, Mariana Bularga will answer questions about sexual health and relationships in a safe and non-judgmental space.

Throughout the day, participants will be able to enjoy recreational activities such as:

  • PlayStation – Video game competitions and relaxation.
  • Table Tennis – Active fun and friendly competitions.

Entry is free for all those interested. The #FilterFree program is specifically designed for young people 18+, giving them the chance to participate in activities that combine education with fun.

Botanica Youth Center hosted today the second session of the Personal Development Program, offering participants the opportunity to learn and apply techniques for discovering and maintaining personal motivation.

In a friendly and interactive environment, together with Zinaida Soroceanu, young people explored topics essential for their development:

Event in Chisinau: “MindCare: Explore Your Mind” – How to maintain your mental health in the modern world

In a context increasingly marked by daily challenges and a fast pace of life, mental health is becoming a priority. On November 24, 2024, starting at 2:00 pm, young people are invited to the event “MindCare: Explore Your Mind,” organized at IHub, 78, 31 August 1989 Street.

Event agenda:

  • 14:00-15:00: Training: Sleep and Mental Health – A session dedicated to the link between a balanced lifestyle and a healthy mind.
  • 15:00-15:30: Pizza Time – A time to socialize in a relaxing environment.
  • 15:30-17:00: Workshop: Stress Management Techniques – Hands-on activity for learning stress reduction methods.

Special guests, Zinaida Soroceanu and Chicu Victoria, experts in mental health and psychology, will be with participants to answer questions and guide the discussions.
